Ekart Courier Charges for Your Parcel
Ekart is the delivery company of the Flipkart group. It delivers Flipkart orders, and through shipping aggregators it also carries parcels from your own website and other channels. This page shows live Ekart rates for any parcel, next to other courier partners. Shipping on Flipkart orders is charged by Flipkart and shown in Seller Hub.

Ekart Plans, Weight and RTO
The Ekart plans this tool can quote are 0.5 kg, 5 kg and a flat price plan. Each plan has a minimum chargeable weight, and the charge is worked out on the higher of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5000 for most couriers), so a smaller box can cost less.
Rates come from one shipping aggregator account and include 18% GST. Your own Ekart rate can differ by contract and volume. RTO, when a parcel comes back undelivered, is shown as an estimate equal to the prepaid forward rate, because the aggregator gives no RTO figure.

Is the RTO charge exact?
No. It is an estimate equal to the prepaid forward rate. Check your courier’s RTO terms.
