Class 25 for a Clothing Brand
Clothing, footwear and headwear are in trademark class 25: kurtis, sarees, shirts, t-shirts, jeans, kids’ wear, shoes, slippers and caps. If you sell clothes under your own brand on Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon, class 25 is usually the first class to file.
Some related products sit elsewhere: bedsheets, towels and fabric by the metre in class 24, lace, buttons and hair accessories in class 26, and bags in class 18. Class 35 covers running a retail or online store under the name.
