How to Crop Meesho Shipping Labels
Meesho gives suppliers a full A4 page for every order, with the shipping label on top and the tax invoice below it. To print on a thermal printer you need only the top part, and cutting it by hand slows down dispatch on busy days.
Open the Meesho supplier panel and go to Orders → Ready to Ship → Download label. Drop the PDF into the box above and press Crop labels. Every label is found automatically and comes out on its own 4×6/3×5 page, or four to an A4 sheet if you use a normal printer. Then download the PDF and print.
SKU, Size and Quantity on Every Meesho Label
A Meesho label on its own does not tell your packer much about what goes in the parcel. Each Meesho PDF page has an order table with SKU, size, quantity, colour and order number, and this cropper reads that table and prints the details in a bold strip on top of the label.
Orders with more than one unit show in black so they stand out at the packing table. If the SKU could not be read on any page, the result tells you how many labels are affected, so you can check those by hand.
Sort Meesho Labels and Make a Picklist
Meesho orders go out through several couriers, and a mixed pile of labels makes handover slow. Sort by courier so each courier’s parcels are stacked together, by SKU so the same products are packed together, or by courier and then SKU.
The picklist lists every SKU with its size, colour, orders and total quantity. Download it as a PDF to print for your team, or as a CSV to open in Excel.
Keep or Crop the Meesho Tax Invoice
You choose what happens to the invoice part of each page: leave it out and print labels only, get a separate A4 PDF with two cropped invoices per sheet, get a separate thermal PDF, or place each invoice right after its label in the same PDF.

The PDF is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to any server.
