Thank You Card Maker

Upload Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon label PDFs: a thank-you card for every customer with their name, a review request and QR code — 6 designs, 4, 6 or 9 cards per A4.

Thank You Cards for Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon Orders

A small thank-you card in the parcel makes a customer feel remembered, and a card with their own name feels personal. Writing names by hand for every order takes too long, so this thank you card maker reads the names for you. Upload the same label PDFs you download from the Meesho supplier panel, Flipkart Seller Hub or Amazon Seller Central (with the invoices) and every order becomes a card that starts with “Dear” and the customer’s name.

Pick one of six designs — blush floral, kraft, bold, botanical, navy and gold or a festive mandala — add your shop name or logo, your message and a polite request for an honest review. Paste your store or review page link and a QR code is printed on every card.

Print 4, 6 or 9 Cards on One A4 Sheet

The cards come as one PDF with 4, 6 or 9 cards on each A4 page, a 5 mm gap between them and a thin border round every card. Four per sheet gives postcard-size cards (about 95 × 134 mm), six or nine give smaller cards for small parcels. Print at actual size on 200–300 GSM card paper, cut along the borders and put each card in its parcel — the cards follow the order of your labels. Names are read on your device and are not saved or uploaded. Marketplaces allow asking for an honest review, but not for 5-star reviews or reviews in return for a gift or discount.

Frequently asked questions

Where do the customer names come from?

From your shipping label PDFs: the name under “Customer Address” on Meesho labels, the shipping address on Flipkart labels and the Shipping Address on Amazon invoices. You can edit the list before printing.

Can I print cards without names?

Yes. Leave the name list empty, choose how many cards you need and they say “Dear Customer”.

Can I ask for a 5-star review on the card?

No. Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho only allow asking for an honest review, without rewards. The default text asks for an honest review.
