Daily Shipment Report for Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho

Sellers who ship on more than one marketplace end every day with three different downloads: an Amazon Easy Ship manifest or unshipped orders report, a Flipkart manifest or orders CSV, and a Meesho manifest or Sub_Order_Labels PDF. Copying all of it into one Excel sheet before the courier pickup takes time and mistakes slip in.

This free daily shipment report tool reads all of those files together. Drop CSV, TXT and PDF files from any marketplace in one go and the tool finds the order id, SKU, quantity, selling price, courier partner and AWB number in each, then builds one clean report with the handover date on every row.

You get a summary by marketplace and courier — shipments, units and order value — and a full table you can correct before downloading. If the same order is in two files, like a manifest PDF and the orders CSV, it is merged into one row, with the courier from one and the price from the other. Everything is processed in your browser; no file is uploaded.

Daily Dispatch Register with Total Shipments

Every seller should keep a record of how many orders went out each day — for stock, for courier disputes and for matching marketplace payments later. Writing it in a register by hand or copying it into Excel every evening is easy to skip on a busy day.

This tool makes that record for you. Serial numbers run through Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho one after another, so the last serial number is the total number of shipments handed over that day. An order with several SKUs keeps one serial number, so the count is shipments, not lines. The PDF shows a summary by marketplace and courier, one table per marketplace and the day's total at the bottom.

Save the PDF in a folder for each month, or download the CSV — it opens directly in Excel or Google Sheets with serial number, handover date, marketplace, courier, order id, SKU, quantity and order total, ready for your dispatch register or monthly reconciliation.

Which files can I upload?

CSV and TXT order reports (Amazon unshipped / new orders, Flipkart and Meesho order downloads), manifest PDFs and the label PDFs from Amazon Easy Ship, Flipkart and Meesho. Excel .xlsx files need to be saved as CSV first.

Can I upload Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho files together?

Yes. Drop all files at once; each is read with its own layout and the marketplace is detected from the file.

Why is the price or courier empty for some rows?

Some manifests do not print a price, and some order reports do not name the courier. Add the other file for the same orders, type the courier for that file, or fill the cell in the table before downloading.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Files are read inside your browser and never leave your phone or computer.
