The Amazon Easy Ship label PDF has one label per page, followed by the tax invoice for that order. Printed as it is, each order takes two sheets, and most of them are not the label.
In Seller Central, go to Manage Orders and print the label for your Easy Ship orders. Drop that PDF into the box above and press Crop labels. Each label comes out on its own 4×6/3×5 page, or four to an A4 sheet, with the invoices split off.
Amazon labels do not say what is inside the parcel, which makes packing slow when you sell many products. The label page is a single image with no readable text, so this cropper reads the matching invoice page instead, takes the SKU and quantity from it, and prints them in a bold strip on top of the label.
Because the label is an image, two things cannot be read from it: the courier shows as Amazon (ATS) in your summary, and COD or prepaid is not counted. The label itself is not changed, so those details still print as Amazon made them.
Sort your Amazon labels by SKU so that the same products are packed together, then download the picklist as a PDF or CSV. It shows orders and total quantity per SKU, so you can pull stock once instead of walking back to the shelf for each order.
Invoices can go in a separate cropped PDF, or right after each label if you put an invoice in every parcel.
This Amazon shipping label cropper is built and tested on Amazon India Easy Ship label PDFs. For any other Amazon PDF, switch "Finding the label" to Custom box and draw around the label on the first page: that box is then used for every page. Check the result before you print, as SKU and quantity may not be found on other layouts.
