Polybag Size Chart & How to Measure

How to measure the polybag size for any product, in inches or cm, with a size chart of plain courier bags.

How to Measure Polybag Size

Measure the packed product’s length, width and height. The polybag must wrap over the thickness on both sides, so bag length = product length + height + margin, and bag width = product width + height + margin. Use a margin of 1 to 2 inches (about 2.5 to 5 cm) so the flap seals easily.

For example, a folded shirt of 10 × 8 inch and 1.5 inch thick needs a bag of about 12.5 × 10.5 inch with a 1 inch margin. Enter your numbers above in inches or cm and the calculator does it for you.
