How to Reconcile Amazon Payments
Every Amazon India statement mixes orders, refunds, closing fees, Easy Ship charges and fee adjustments. This Amazon payment reconciliation tool reads the statement XML files and shows each total in plain words, checked against the total Amazon gives for the statement.
In Seller Central, go to Payments → All Statements and download the XML for each statement in the period. Add all of them together. Orders, refunds and other charges are grouped, and each statement’s deposit is shown.
Amazon SKU Profit and Unpaid Orders
Enter your product cost once per product and size to see profit per SKU and order. An order that was shipped but never paid, usually an RTO, is marked unpaid, and refunded orders count as returns, so you see what they cost you.
