How to Calculate Profit on Meesho
A Meesho order can look profitable at the listing price and still lose money once shipping, returns and RTO are counted. This Meesho profit calculator puts every cost in one place and shows what one order really earns you.
Enter the packed length, width, height and weight of your parcel. The calculator works out the volumetric weight (L×W×H ÷ 5000) and the weight you are charged on, whichever is higher. Then add your selling price, product and packing cost, and the shipping charge and any other deductions your Meesho supplier panel shows for that product.
Returns and RTO Change Your Meesho Profit
Meesho suppliers often lose more to returns than to fees. Enter how many of every 100 orders come back, the charge per return and how many returned pieces can’t be sold again. The calculator spreads that loss over your delivered orders and shows profit after returns, not just profit on a perfect order.
Add your ad cost per order if you run Meesho Ads, and your orders per month to see monthly profit. GST on your product is taken out of the selling price at the rate you choose.
Nothing Pre-Filled, Saved on Your Device
Every supplier’s charges differ by category, weight and zone, so no rate is filled in for you. Type what your own supplier panel shows, even if a fee is zero. Your Meesho rates are saved in your browser, so next time you only change the price or weight.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Meesho profit calculator free?
Yes, it is free with no sign-up.
Where do I find Meesho’s shipping charge for my product?
In the Meesho supplier panel, on the catalog or price details for that product. Enter it as it is shown there.
Why does my packed size matter?
Couriers and marketplaces charge on the higher of the actual and the volumetric weight, so a bigger box can cost more than a heavier parcel.
Does it count RTO?
Yes. Put customer returns and RTO together in the return rate, with the charge per return.
Is this an official Meesho tool?
No. It is an independent tool by MarkRTD and is not connected to Meesho.
