MarkRTD Seller Tools

Payment Reconciliation

Add your Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon payment files. See sales, fees, shipping, returns and ads, what reached your bank, order-wise profit after product cost, and an AI report on loss-making and high-return SKUs in Hindi.

See Where Your Marketplace Money Went

A payment file has hundreds of rows and dozens of columns. This tool reads Meesho’s payment ZIP, Flipkart’s Profit & Loss report and Amazon’s statement XML, and shows each one as a short list: sales after returns, marketplace fees, shipping, return shipping, ads, GST on fees with TCS and TDS, claims and recovery, and what reached your bank.

Each total is checked against the total the file itself gives, so you know nothing was missed. Each marketplace keeps its own period: Meesho by payment date, Flipkart by order date and Amazon by statement.

Profit After Product Cost, SKU by SKU

Marketplaces don’t know what your product cost you. Enter the cost of one unit for each SKU, or one cost for all, and a packing cost per parcel. The tool lists every order with its SKU, outcome, purchase price, bank settlement and profit, and counts delivered, RTO, returned and cancelled orders. Costs are saved in your browser for next month.

An optional AI report in Hinglish, Hindi or English names the SKUs losing money, getting returned most, earning most and priced too low, with what to do next.

Frequently asked questions

Which files do I need?

Meesho: Payments → Previous Payments → Download. Flipkart: Payments → Reports → Profit & Loss Report. Amazon: Payments → All Statements → Download XML for each statement.

Are my payment files uploaded?

No. The files are read in your browser. Only if you ask for the AI summary, the totals and SKU names go to MarkRTD’s server and Anthropic’s Claude AI.

Why does my profit not match my bank amount?

Bank amount is before product cost. Profit takes away the cost of units your buyers kept and your packing cost. Returned units are taken as back in stock.

Is TCS and TDS a loss?

Usually not. A GST-registered seller can claim TCS and GST on marketplace fees, and TDS counts against income tax. Ask your CA for your case.

Is this an official Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho tool?

No. MarkRTD isn’t part of these marketplaces. Check anything that looks wrong in your seller panel.
