How to Reconcile Meesho Payments
Meesho’s payment file has a row for every sub order and dozens of columns: sale amount, shipping, return shipping, TCS, TDS, claims, recovery and more. Ads are in a separate sheet. This Meesho payment reconciliation tool reads the whole file and shows one short summary of where your money went.
In the Meesho supplier panel, go to Payments → Previous Payments → Download. Add the ZIP or Excel file here. The tool adds up sales at your listing price, returns, shipping, ads, TCS and TDS, claims and recovery, and the amount settled to your bank.
Meesho SKU-Wise Profit and RTO Loss
Enter your product cost once per product and size, and the tool shows profit for every SKU and order: which ones make money, which lose it, and how much returns and RTO cost you. Each order is counted once, with RTO and return ranked above delivered when a sub order appears more than once.
You can download a PDF report with the totals, a profit and loss table and every order line. With your plan’s AI credits you also get a plain summary of what to fix first.

Which Meesho file do I need?

Why is there no single total in the Meesho file?
Meesho lists order settlements and ads cost on separate sheets. The tool shows the settlement, takes off ads cost, and shows what is left.
Is my payment file uploaded?
No. It is read in your browser. Only the AI summary sends totals and SKU names to MarkRTD’s server and Anthropic’s Claude AI.
Is it free?
It comes with the free trial and paid plans. Each download counts as one task.
Is this an official Meesho tool?
No. It is an independent tool by MarkRTD and is not connected to Meesho.
