Open the IP India trademark status page (Trade Mark Status in the e-register), enter your application number and the captcha, and you will see the current status, the class, the applicant and the documents filed. Our site does not fetch the status for you; it is always shown on IP India.
New Application or Send to Vienna Codification: just filed, being processed. Formalities Chk Pass: the basic check is done. Formalities Chk Fail: something is missing and must be fixed. Marked for Exam: waiting for the examiner. Objected: the examiner raised an objection, and you must reply within 30 days of the report.
Accepted and Advertised, or Advertised before Accepted: published in the Trade Marks Journal for four months of opposition. Opposed: someone filed an opposition. Registered: done, you can use ®. Abandoned, Refused or Withdrawn: the application is no longer going ahead; you may need to file again.
