Crop Meesho Labels and Keep the Invoice

Each page of the Meesho label PDF has the shipping label on top and the tax invoice for the same order below it. Most croppers throw the invoice away. This page keeps it: the label is cut to its own 4×6/3×5 page, and the invoice part of the same page is cut out and printed right after it.

Download the labels from the Meesho supplier panel (Orders → Ready to Ship → Download label), drop the PDF above and press Crop labels. The option "Tax invoice: Right after each label" is already chosen on this page, so one PDF prints label, invoice, label, invoice, in order.

Four Ways to Get the Meesho Invoice

Under Tax invoice in the options you can pick how invoices come out. Right after each label: one PDF, each invoice follows its own label, handy when the invoice goes inside the same parcel. Separate PDF on A4: invoices cropped, two per A4 sheet, for your records or for a normal printer. Separate PDF on 4×6/3×5: every invoice on its own thermal page. No: labels only.

Whichever you pick, the label still gets the SKU, size and quantity strip on top, and you can still sort by courier or SKU. When labels are sorted, each invoice moves with its label.

Do You Need to Put the Invoice in a Meesho Parcel?

Meesho shares the tax invoice with every label, and many suppliers place a printed copy in the parcel. Whether you must do so for your account is set by Meesho’s own rules and your accountant, so check those. This tool only gives you the invoice cropped and ready to print; it does not change anything on it.
