Flipkart Label Crop with Invoice

Crop Flipkart Labels and Keep the Invoice

A Flipkart Seller Hub label page has the shipping label on the top half and the tax invoice on the bottom half. On a thermal printer you want both, but on separate 4×6 pages. This page crops the label to one page and the invoice to the next, for every order in the PDF.

Download the labels from Seller Hub (Orders → Pending labels → Download labels), drop the PDF above and press Crop labels. "Tax invoice: Right after each label" is already chosen here, so the PDF goes label, invoice, label, invoice.

Choose How Flipkart Invoices Come Out

Under Tax invoice in the options: Right after each label puts every invoice behind its own label in one PDF. Separate PDF on A4 crops the invoices two per A4 sheet. Separate PDF on 4×6/3×5 gives each invoice its own thermal page in a second file. No prints labels only.

The SKU and quantity strip, courier sorting, COD count and picklist all work the same with any invoice option. When you sort, each invoice stays with its label.

Barcodes and Text Stay Sharp

The label and invoice are copied from the original PDF as vector graphics, not as screenshots, so barcodes scan and small print on the invoice stays readable. Print one test label and scan it with your phone before you print the full batch.
