Courier Weight Calculator

Box size and weight → the weight your courier will charge, rounded up to the 0.5 kg slab.

Courier Weight Calculator

Before you book a courier, check the weight you will actually be charged for. A courier weighs your parcel and also works out its volumetric weight from its size, then bills the bigger of the two, rounded up to the next slab, usually 0.5 kg.

Enter the box length, breadth and height in cm or inch and its actual weight. The courier weight calculator shows the volumetric weight (L × B × H in cm ÷ 5000), the chargeable weight per box and the total for all your boxes.

Use It With the Shipping Rate Calculator

Once you know the chargeable weight, compare courier rates for that weight with the Shipping Rate Calculator. If the parcel is bulky, a smaller box or a tight polybag can move it to a lower slab.
