Amazon Label Crop with Invoice

Crop Amazon Easy Ship Labels and Keep the Invoice

The Amazon Easy Ship PDF has the label on one page and the tax invoice for that order on the page after it. This page crops the label to 4×6/3×5 and keeps the invoice paired with it, so each order prints as its label followed by its invoice.

Print the Easy Ship labels from Seller Central (Manage Orders → Print label) with the invoices included, drop the PDF above and press Crop labels. "Tax invoice: Right after each label" is already chosen on this page.

SKU and Quantity Come from the Invoice

The Easy Ship label is an image with no readable text. That is why the invoice matters here: the cropper reads the SKU and quantity from each invoice and prints them in a strip on top of the matching label. Keep the invoices in the PDF you upload, even if you choose not to print them.

Because the label cannot be read, the courier shows as Amazon (ATS) in the summary and COD or prepaid is not counted. The label itself prints exactly as Amazon made it.

Other Ways to Print Amazon Invoices

Under Tax invoice in the options you can also choose a separate A4 PDF with the invoices cropped two per sheet, a separate 4×6/3×5 PDF with one invoice per page, or labels only. Sorting by SKU and the picklist work with every option.
