Online Trademark Fee per Class
When you file online (e-filing), the government fee for a new trademark application on form TM-A is ₹4,500 per class for an individual, a startup or a small enterprise, and ₹9,000 per class for every other applicant. Filing the same form on paper costs more.
A proprietor always pays ₹4,500. A partnership, LLP or company pays ₹4,500 only with a Udyam (MSME) or DPIIT startup certificate. Two classes mean twice the fee. Set your business type and the number of classes above to see your total.
