What a Good Email Checker Should Tell You
There are two kinds of email checkers. Email verifiers tell marketers whether an inbox exists before they send bulk mail. Scam checkers tell you whether an email you received is really from who it claims. If you got a suspicious message, you need the second kind.
A useful scam checker should: match the domain against the company’s official ones, catch lookalikes and free Gmail accounts, show the domain’s age, and read SPF and DMARC, which decide whether others can send email in that domain’s name. Ours does all of these for free. It does not verify inboxes or clean mailing lists.
