Download the PDF, open it and print at Actual size (100%), not Fit to page. On a thermal printer set the paper to 100×25 mm (4×1 inch).
Pick the grid that matches your sheet: 12 labels of 105×49.5 mm, 24 of 70×37 mm or 40 of 52.5×29.7 mm. If some stickers are already used, set how many to skip. Turn on the cut line when printing on plain paper you will cut by hand.
